To set up a FitBurn customer account, you must first click on the “person-icon” at the top of the page and click on “register”. Then enter your username and email address.
When logging into your FitBurn customer account in the future, you will be asked for your email address and password. In your customer account, you can view, change or add to your details at any time.Customer accounts can only be deleted by customer service. If you would like to delete your FitBurn customer account, please submit the request to customer service using the contact form.
Please note that we cannot delete your account until- all outstanding amounts have been settled and
- you have received any refunds due from us and
- none of your orders are on the way to dispatch.
If one of the above requirements is not met, we cannot delete your account immediately.
In this case, we ask you first to clarify open matters. With pending refunds and orders in transit, we ask for your patience.If you ever forget your password for your FitBurn account, you can easily reset it yourself:
When logging in, simply use the “Forgot your password?” function. and enter the email address you used to create your FitBurn account. Then click submit and we will email you a link to reset your password.
Please note that it can sometimes take a moment for you to receive this email. (Please also check your spam folder.)
Fill in the fields according to your purpose and save your settings.
First check the spam folder in your email inbox. Please check your order and your shopping cart again in our web shop.
If you have not received an order confirmation email despite completing and confirming your order, please send us an email to our FitBurn customer service.
You can find this under the settings where you can select the desired language. We will subsequently expand the FitBurn Shop to include several languages in the immediate selection.
You can change most of the information yourself in the customer account. However, this only applies to future orders. You can also add alternative addresses there.
Only the FitBurn customer service can adjust the delivery address for orders that have already been placed – depending on the status of the order (only as long as the order is not yet being processed).
You can change your e-mail address yourself at any time via the customer account. If you no longer have access to the email address you used, please create a new customer account with the desired email address. For data protection reasons, FitBurn customer service cannot change the e-mail address for you.
Redeeming a voucher code in the FitBurn online shop is uncomplicated:
Redeem discount and promotional codes directly in the shopping cart during the ordering process as a “discount”.
After clicking on the “Apply” field, the corresponding voucher amount will be deducted from your invoice amount.
We ask for your understanding that we cannot subsequently add or change any voucher codes to your order because the invoice amount has already been paid.

After you have filled your shopping cart and arrived at the payment options, select the “Crypto” option. For this you need a metamask wallet or another provider for software wallets.
During the payment process you will need to connect your software wallet to the shop and verify the payments.

We are sorry that you are not satisfied with your FitBurn order.
If you want to return your order because you don’t like it, please use the cancellation policy: You have the right to cancel this contract within fourteen days without giving a reason. The cancellation period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you who is not the carrier took possession of the first goods.
Please enclose the invoice or a delivery note with your return for better allocation. You will receive a refund of the amount for the returned goods. The credit is booked within 14 days. Chargebacks are only possible to the account from which the payment was made. If you paid by credit card, you can see the credit on your next monthly credit card statement. You have to bear the direct costs of the return.
If you have received a faulty delivery from us, we will of course assume the return costs and you will receive a return label from us. In this case, please contact our customer service, stating the order number.
Please note that products that have already been opened, worn and used cannot be refunded or can only be partially refunded. For this purpose, each return is subjected to a subsequent inspection and test.
